Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

American Chateau stands behind its products 100%.  When you receive your order, please inspect it upon receipt.  If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.

Please note ALL items must be:

  • Returned in new, unused, unopened condition
  • In original packaging if applicable
  • Received at our warehouse within 30 days of order date
  • Packaged safely as to not get damaged during the return trip (Please purchase Insurance for your return package just in case)
  • Accompanied by the Return Authorization (RA) Number provided to you by our Customer Service


When your return is received at our warehouse:

  • Refunds are issued in the same form of payment
  • Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days from receipt of package
  • Refunds are issued for the cost of merchandise. Original and return shipping costs are NOT refunded
  • If customer uses our "Free Shipping Offer", and then returns the item, the shipping cost to ship the item to the customer is going to be deducted from the refund
  • Returning items might change your order's free shipping eligibility and the original shipping me be charged to you if your order falls below our threshold


To initiate the return process:

  • Go to your order under your Account and select it for return
    • If you originally did not create an account, don't worry we did it for you.  You have to reset your password though to login to your account and initiate a refund
  • When your return has been approved you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number 
  • Package item safely and return with insurance and tracking

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on our products.  Simply return the unwanted item you received and purchase the item you would like to have instead.
