We will give you a credit for the full amount of your purchase (not including S&H). Since we carry over 1000 unique items, you are sure to find something else you like.

Shipping


We ship worldwide. If your billing address and shipping address are in the U.S. or Canada, please place your order online. We will ship your item within 1-3 days of your payment being received. For U.S. Customers everything is shipped from the U.S. and for Canadian Customers everything is shipped from Canada. This ensures quick delivery of your item and prevents any issues with customs and import taxes. Customers outside of North America need a paypal address and should email us with the sku of the items that they are interested in to receive a quote on shipping and handling.
We use new shipping materials and use professional packers to pack your items to ensure safe delivery. If you do not recieve your package within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact us. You never need to worry, we will provide a full refund if your item arrives broken or is lost in the postal service.

Privacy & Security


We never sell your information to any third party or use it for any purpose other than to fulfill your order and to communicate with you. We use Paypal to capture and process your payments. As such, our company never gets/stores your credit card information. Paypal processes over $7 billion in payments every year and is known in the industry as one of the safest payment methods online. You do not need a Paypal account to shop with us (Paypal will give you the option to just pay by credit card). Our checkout pages are secured using 128 bit encryption. We use an award-winning secure e-commerce solution that is owned and managed by a Fortune 500 company.

Payments


All amounts are in US Dollars. Payments are captured and processed through Paypal. A paypal account is not required. You can simply pay by credit card or if you have a paypal account, use existing funds. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash.

Taxes


U.S. customers do not pay any taxes. Canadian customers need to pay taxes on the item cost and the S&H as follows:
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and New Foundland customers pay 13% HST
  • Ontario customers pay 5% GST and 8% PST
  • All other Canadian customers pay 5% GST
